I just went to this amazing spot near Honnavar called Apsarakonda Beach and I had to tell you about it. It’s seriously one of Karnataka’s best-kept secrets.
The beach is where the Sharavathi River meets the ocean, and it’s absolutely stunning. But get this – it’s literally become THE spot for pre-wedding photoshoots! When I was there, I counted at least ten couples with their photographers, and the locals told me sometimes there are up to 50 shoots happening in a single day. It’s crazy!
The coolest part? They have all these props set up right on the beach ready for anyone to use – an actual piano sitting in the sand, vintage doors standing by themselves, decorative chairs, even these cute artificial trees for backdrops. You don’t even need to bring anything – it’s like a permanent outdoor photo studio!
